Screen Printing (Set Up Cost)
We personalise the majority of our boards for customers by screen printing. We have many years of experience in this field of printing and have undertaken work for many large retailers, restaurant chains and pub groups.
Screenprinting allows us to lay down any number of "spot" colours to achieve the look our customers want.
We can also offer 4 colour screenprint process which allows us to "mix" colours on the screen to achieve that "litho" look.
For larger runs of 4 colour work we can also offer digital print. Please email us for a quote.
We only charge for set up costs so even if you order 10 of the same item (with the same print), you only need to add one set up charge to your basket.
Pricing is based on artwork taking up less than A2 area (594 x420mm), due to the size of our screens. If your artwork covers more than this, say A1, then 2 set up costs will be charged.
Once ordered, please email your artwork to us (in a pdf or eps format ideally) and we will create a proof for you to approve.
