How do I clean my Chalkboard?

Our Chalkboard Pens are designed not to smudge, or to be easily wiped off, but most marks made by chalkboard pens or chalks can be removed by simply wiping the chalkboard with a damp cloth. For more stubborn marks or shadows left by chalkboard pens, we recommend that you use a standard house hold window cleaner or our Chalkboard Cleaner and Chalkboard Duster. Do not use abrasive cloths or cleaners as they will damage the surface of your chalkboard.

Delivery

Where can you deliver to?

We can deliver to any address on the UK Mainland.

However, there is a surcharge for delivering "offshore" - ring +44 (0)1384 445844 or email for a quotation.

We cannot deliver to PO boxes and BFPO addresses.

How much does delivery cost?

Our standard delivery costs depend on the total value (ex. VAT) of the goods you wish to purchase. We have five delivery price bands. To see which band your items fall in, simply type in the quantity required and click 'Add to basket', where a detailed breakdown of your potential order can be seen.

What if the recipient is out at the time of delivery?

If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery then a card will be left with details of how the item can be collected or redelivered. The item may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour but this cannot be guaranteed.

How will my gift be delivered?

All items are sent in custom made boxes to protect them during transit.

How can I check they have been delivered?

You can track Delivery items online, providing you have received our tracking email at the point of despatch, by simply following the instructions in the email. However, if you haven't received an email please email us or call our customer service department where they can track the order for you.

Ordering

Can I choose a delivery date?

Yes, please include these details in the shipping notes section at the point of ordering. There will be a surcharge for Saturday deliveries (cannot deliver on Sundays).

Has my order gone through?

If you order is successful you should receive an automated email from the website including your order confirmation in PDF format.

How do I cancel or amend my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or amend an order. You cannot do this online unfortunately.
Payment

Which cards do you accept?

We can accept most credit/debit cards from around the world including Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Delta, , Visa purchasing, Solo, Switch/Maestro and JCB.

Can I pay with American Express?

No - we do not accept American Express online, if you wish to use an Am Ex card please call/email your order through. However, there will be a 2.5% surcharge added.

Is payment secure?

Yes, we use SagePay one of the world's leading online payment service provider. All payments are encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the users browser using 128bit SSL.
